Designed for the more-than-casual user, our Heavy Duty Utility trailer is built to withstand the rigors of daily use. With axle options that will carry anywhere from 10,000 to 14,000 pounds, our Heavy Duty Utility trailer is perfect for a wide variety of professional tasks.
Each of our Heavy Duty Utility trailers is built on a 5" channel frame and tongue, to provide additional stiffness over an angle frame. Standard configuration is with a straight deck and wrap tongue, and crossmembers are positioned on 24" centers. A three year frame warranty is standard.
Dexter EZ-Lube axles are standard features, and are suspended with a leaf spring suspension system. Axle maintenance is fast and easy with the centrally located grease fitting. One electric brake axle is included, with the appropriate wiring harness already installed.
Each Heavy Duty Utility trailer ships standard with a RAM cast 2-5/16" coupler and a RAM drop leg jack. 16" Provider radial tires and wheels are also standard. And loading your trailer is easy, thanks to the included 5' ramps with slide-in storage.
The standard side rails on our Heavy Duty Utility trailer are made from 2"x3" angle steel, in 3/16" thickness. We floor each one with individually certified 2" Southern yellow pine boards, and cover the tires with diamond plate fenders. Stake pockets on either side serve as versatile tie downs.
Our Heavy Duty Utility trailer includes lifetime-warranty LED lights as standard, as well as a -65F arctic wiring harness. We also sandblast each trailer prior to applying an industrial grade IFS powder coat with a one-year warranty.
We build each trailer to meet DOT and NATM standards, right down to the reflective tape. This ensures you have the safest trailer possible behind your towing vehicle.
