THIS IS THE HEAVYWEIGHT OF OUR DUMP INVENTORY AS IT HAS JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING YOU CAN WANT IN A WORKHORSE DUMP TRAILER STANDARD, PLUS WE'VE ADDED: DEXTER 12000# AXLES, 4' HIGH SIDES, ELECTRIC HYDRAULIC DISC BRAKES, 7GA FLOOR, REAR SUPPORT STANDS, DUAL HYDRAULIC JACKS, FLIPOVER TARP KIT, 2 EXTRA D-RINGS, TORSION SUSPENSION, AND MORE.
We feel this unit is different than most in the market as it has a lot of features not found in this size trailer, including: 10" 19# I-beam frame (most use a 8" 13# and heavier dumps typically use a 8" 15# beam), 5in Bore/4-Stage telescopic hoist (most will be a scissor or a 4in Bore/3-Stage telescopic), 7 gauge floor (most will be 10-gauge or 1/8in, 7ga is 3/16 and is about 2.5lb per foot heavier, adding 350lb of steel in the floor), Jr I-beam crossmembers on 12" centers (most are 16" O.C channel, some are formed steel), oversize 235/17.5 18-ply rubber (10k axle calls for a 215, a 235 is the same that would be on a 12k axle and is rated for over 6000lb per tire), clear lens LED's lights that look sharp, sealed wiring harness, metallic grey paint with primer (metallic gray is sharp, better prep than most, and most aren't using a primer), 3' high sides (most will come standard with 2' sides), deluxe tarp kit with a sail bar (aluminum hardware not black iron, has a sail bar to keep the tarp straight and easy to deploy), wireless remote (not aware of any doing this standard), AGM Group 31 battery (industry norm will be a group 24 deep cycle, AGM batteries are not usually available), 7-watt solar charger (also includes desulfation, and includes a standard 110V charger), Torsion axles (rubber ride, also called torflex, smoother an more durable, often not even offered and if they do it'll usually be around $750-1000 upgrade on 10K axles), and includes rear jack stands for loading heavier equipment (some brands this is not available, others prep for it but the stands are optional), HD top rail (most just have a 2" lip).
