THIS UNIT HAS A 8000# DEXTER TORSION AXLE UPGRADE, WHICH INCLUDES LARGER BRAKES, HEAVIER AXLE TUBE, 17.5" SOLID WHEEL 215/17.5' 16 PLY TIRES, AS WELL AS A RUBRAIL, OAK DECK, AND TOOLBOX. The 14-16K tube tilt is equipped with either 7K or 8K torflex axles. The framework on both trailers utilizes an 8" tube design and both are 83" wide between the fenders. Trailers come with 2-8' stationary decks and 16' or 18' tilt decks. Pull-type and gooseneck configurations are available. Our take: B-B Trailers (Behnke Brothers), or better known as Behnke has the best feedback (look at the google reviews compared to most brands) of about any company you'll come across. Known for building mostly bigger air brake trailers, a lot of the quality, engineering, thought, steel prep/paint, and overall craftsmanship trickles down to these 'smaller' builds.
