The YDX is outfitted with our hydraulic dovetail as a standard feature, which provides a full-width loading surface that's 12' long with a 12.5 degree loading angle. Getting your tractors and other heavy equipment loaded up and on the deck is as easy as pressing a button. The rugged hydraulic dovetail can handle up to 10,000 pounds while loading and can support 8,000 distributed pounds during transport when loaded on the front half of the dovetail. Do not load on the rear half of the dovetail. The YDX hydraulic dovetail flatbed includes a lengthy torque tube underneath the deck for added stiffness. A beefy 6" channel outer frame comes standard on every YDX, and lengths range incrementally between 32' and 40'.Twin 10K electric brake axles come as standard running gear on the YDX flatbed for a GVWR of 22,500 pounds. Multiple suspension types are also available, as are GVWR configurations up to 30,000 pounds. Like all MAXX-D Trailers, the YDX hydraulic dovetail flatbed is finished with our industry-leading powder coating process.
