THIS IS OUR MOST DELUXE TANDEM AXLE UTILITY, LOTS OF FEATURES AND IDEAL FOR A COMMERCIAL USER. EQUIPPED WITH 5200# AXLES Lots of heavy duty features not found on other trailers, including: Adjustable cast coupler (most will be a fixed and/or stamped coupler), 7000# drop leg jack (some use a 2000# A-frame jack, doesn't have an extendable inner jack, and isn't set back to clear all tail gates), 5" channel full wrap tongue (cheaper ones will be 4", or be formed or angle iron), 2" tube top rail (some use angle iron), 1' dovetail (better loading angle, reduces drag on mower decks and similar), slipper spring suspension (every other one I've ever seen is eye to eye), premium Westlake tires (most won't be as quality and often come with less tread depth), double broke diamond plate fenders with gussets (the majority use smooth fenders, not fender gusset for support, and the double broke fenders gives additional strength), Metallic grey powder coat with primer (most don't use primer and will be black), spare tire mount (a fair amount do not have mounts on them), numerous built in tie downs (you'd be surprised as most don't come with tie downs), HD tubular bumper with integrated lights (some use a formed or angle bumper and surface mount lights), spring assisted gate, HD gate latches, 2x2" tube gate crossmembers (many are angle iron), and a triple tube tongue (most will have just an A-frame design). The U4X deck is 18 long and 83 inches wide, and has 11 tall sides topped with 2 square tubing and has stake pockets and and weighs 2,700 lbs, so its haulable with a half ton or bigger truck. The U4X has an 11 tall 2 square tubing top-rail on the front and sides of the trailer, and has hooks on the bottom corners of the deck for easy tying down of cargo.Up front the U4X hooks to your vehicle with a 2 5/16 DEMCO EZ-Latch adjustable coupler, mounted to a 4 channel wrap tongue and a 5 x 3 1/4 steel angle mainframe. The treated wood floor deck is supported by 3 x 2 Angle crossmembers spaced at 16 apart. A 7k drop leg jack raises and lowers the front of the trailer.Two 5,200 lb brake axles paired with 225/75 radial tires carry the U4X down the road, and a heavy-duty spring-assisted 4 tall steel mesh gate in the rear makes loading your stuff super simple and easy.
