Instead of placing the 3" channel crossmembers across the top of the primary I-beam frame rails, we cut them through the top edge. This lowers the deck by approximately 4.5", which can be very significant for certain loads. Our customers in the agricultural industries love the LDX for hauling hay and heavy equipment like tractors, but it shines in any industry where a no-nonsense, low profile flatbed trailer is needed. Each LDX starts from the ground up with two 10,000 pound electric brake axles for a 22,500 lb GVWR, with upgrades available up to a 30,000 lb GVWR.
